Q: I've bought a new palm pilot and now my program is no longer registered!

A: StacWorks registration codes are based on (and checked against) your HotSync id. If you change your HotSync id, it won't match. Here's the solution:

1) In the Palm Desktop application, click on the "Tools" menu, then the "Users" menu item. 
2) Delete the old (original) username if still present
3) Select your current HotSync id, click the "Rename" button, and change it back to the id that worked with your registration code.
4) Click OK to exit.
5) Synchronize your palm device. 

Now its HotSync id will be changed back to match the registration code you purchased, and your software will register with your registration code.

If you truly wish a registration code for a different username, you must purchase a new registration code.
