Q: I keep getting an error when trying to beam from PregTrak on my Sony Clie.

A: Certain Sony devices have a bug in their ROM (notably the SJ30, maybe others) regarding an error with the systrap ExgDisconnect.  Sony has been notified, but has not responded.  In the meantime, you can download a version that works around this bug (although it results in 'importing records' every time you try to beam to someone).  You can download it here
