Q: Pregtrak DESKTOP Program is not finding data or is finding old data
A: This is often happens as a result of reinstalling the Palm HotSync software when you upgrade to a new palm device. The Palm HotSync software can store the data in multiple locations, and PregTrak Desktop doesn't know where to look for the new location of the data. To 'reset' the PregTrak Desktop program, just delete the following file:
C:\Program Files\PregTrak Desktop\PregTrak.swk
And then restart PregTrak Desktop. It will search for your data (be patient), and if it finds more than one location, it will ask you to choose which is the most current data. If you pick the wrong one, just delete the PregTrak.swk file again and try again.
