Q: Help, I filled out the form to register for ABG Pro, but it just says 'invalid code' when I enter the password. What's wrong?

A: The registration code is computer generated, and it doesn't make mistakes. You must enter your EXACT palm username (into the web based registration form if you are trying to register ABG Pro). Capitalization and punctuation DO matter. If you don't know what your palm username is, you can find it in one of two ways. The easiest way is to start ABG Pro and then press the Menu key and then go to Register. Your palm username will be shown above the line (actually only the first 15 characters are shown, as that is all that is needed). Another way is to start the HotSync application from the main applications screen (this is not the same as pressing the Hotsync button on the cradle). When you run the program, your palm username will be displayed in the upper right hand corner.

Q: Even after I did what you said my password still does not work , it tells me invalid registration code.

A: Make sure you didn't leave any spaces at the end. As I said, you must enter your EXACT palm username. If you still have problems, please email me.
